VOOPOO Coupon Codes & Promo Codes – October 2026

About VOOPOO

VOOPOO’s own history page dates the brand’s early development to 2016–2017, with the first DRAG device launching in 2017. The company says it works with GENE chip technology and has introduced an in-house flavor technology called iCOSM CODE (2023). The official store is aimed at international customers rather than a single country.

The product range is organized by series rather than by use case. That makes it easier to compare a compact pod device with a higher-wattage mod. The site also has a “Model Comparison” page for choosing between devices.

What can you buy at VOOPOO?

The official store’s navigation lists these main groups:

1. Argus series: pod-style devices, including recent models such as the Argus G4 and G4 Mini.
2. Drag series: higher-power devices, including Drag 6, Drag X3 and Drag S3.
3. Vinci series: a mix of pod and mod devices.
4. V series: entry-level and compact devices (Vmate and similar lines).
5. Accessories: pods and tanks, cartridges, coils (such as PnP and ITO coils) and batteries.

Product availability changes often, and some items show as sold out.

How to Save Money at VOOPOO

These savings methods are visible on the official site:

1. Sale prices and clearance: The store has a Clearance Sale collection and a Mega Sale collection. Many items showed a crossed-out original price with a discounted price when I reviewed the site.
2. Free shipping threshold: Orders over USD $49, calculated after discounts, qualify for free shipping.
3. MemberSystem points: Account holders earn points that can be redeemed against future orders (details below).
4. Referral rewards: The MemberSystem page mentions referral rewards for both the referrer and the friend.

I could not verify any specific coupon codes on the official site. Treat any code as unconfirmed until it works at checkout.

Does VOOPOO Have a Membership, Rewards, or Loyalty Program?

Yes. VOOPOO runs a points program called MemberSystem.

MemberSystem

1. Who can join: Anyone who creates an account on the store. No membership fee is mentioned.
2. Earning points: The MemberSystem page lists 10 points per $10 USD spent. It also lists smaller bonuses: +10 for registering, +10 for subscribing, +10 for following on Facebook, +1 for a daily check-in, and 10 points per Facebook share.
3. Redeeming points: 10 points equals $1.00 USD off, applied to orders over $9.99 USD.
4. Referrals: Existing members can refer friends, and both sides get a reward. The exact reward is only visible after signing in.
5. Activity note: The FAQ suggests placing at least one order every 90 days to keep points active, and says terms may vary by region.

What Discounts Does VOOPOO Offer?

No student, military, teacher, healthcare, senior, first-order or newsletter discount was found on the official site. The site has a newsletter signup, but the only reward I could verify for subscribing is the +10 MemberSystem points bonus. Sale pricing and member points are the verified discount routes. If SavifyDeals lists a code, it should be treated as a separate, individually tested offer.

Does VOOPOO Offer Free Shipping or Pickup?

Free shipping: Yes, on orders over USD $49 after discounts.

Shipping depends on which of three warehouses fills your order:

Other points that apply:

1. Carrier request: For USA orders, a specific carrier can be requested by adding a $10 tip at checkout. This option is not available for the Europe warehouse.
2. Customs and duties: Buyers are responsible for duties and taxes where they apply. For EU orders, VOOPOO says VAT is collected once at checkout under the IOSS system for goods valued at €150 or less.
3. Split orders: Orders with several products may arrive in separate parcels.
4. Non-delivery: VOOPOO asks you to contact support if a package hasn’t arrived 60 business days after shipment.
5. Pickup: No in-store or local pickup option was found.
6. Shipping protection: The store lists an optional paid shipping protection add-on.

What Payment Methods Does VOOPOO Accept?

Per the payment page (last updated May 20, 2026):

1. Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover and JCB. American Express is not supported.
2. Apple Pay and Google Pay.
3. PayPal. New PayPal users must contact support to be whitelisted before first use.
4. Cryptocurrency through CoinPay or similar gateways.
5. Afterpay is described as being re-integrated, though the store banner still lists it. Check whether it appears at checkout.

Prices are shown in USD.

Does VOOPOO Sell Gift Cards?

No gift card option was found on the official site, so none is listed here.

What Are VOOPOO’s Return and Refund Policies?

The store’s pages don’t fully agree on return terms, so confirm the current terms with support before you rely on any single figure. The refund policy page says:

1. Return window for devices: a return request must be made within 7 days of delivery, with the item in original packaging and all accessories. The FAQ says 5 working days, and a shipping protection product page mentions a 30-day return.
2. Consumables: atomizers, coils and drip tips are not returnable and not covered by warranty once depleted.
3. Defective items: VOOPOO offers a refund or replacement, and says you may not need to send the defective item back. You’ll need to send your order number, product name and quantity, a description of the problem, and photos or video.
4. Lost or damaged packages: a full refund or replacement is offered.
5. Exchanges: generally only for defective or damaged items.
6. Refund timing: after approval, refunds go to the original payment method within 1–3 working days, though banks may take longer to post them.
7. Warranty: the policy and FAQ say 3 months from delivery for devices, while the homepage banner says “1-Year Warranty.” Check the product page for the exact coverage.

Does VOOPOO Have Seasonal Sales or Major Promotions?

The official site has permanent Clearance Sale and Mega Sale collections, and marked-down prices appear throughout the catalog. I could not verify a recurring holiday sale schedule (Black Friday, Cyber Monday and so on) on the official site, so none is promised here. Check the store directly for any current event.

How to Use a VOOPOO Coupon Code

1. Find a VOOPOO coupon code on SavifyDeals.
2. Click “Get Code” or the offer button.
3. Visit the official VOOPOO store.
4. Add eligible products to your cart.
5. Go to checkout.
6. Enter the code in the promo or discount field, if one is shown.
7. Confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying.

I couldn’t test the checkout flow, so if the discount field is in a different place, follow the on-screen prompts.

Why Isn’t My VOOPOO Coupon Code Working?

1. The code has expired or the offer has ended.
2. The code was typed incorrectly.
3. Your cart doesn’t meet a minimum spend.
4. The items are excluded, such as clearance or already-discounted products.
5. The code is limited to new customers or one use per customer.
6. The code can’t be combined with another offer or with points.
7. The offer is limited to certain regions or warehouses.

Restrictions differ for each offer, so read the terms shown with the code.

VOOPOO Coupon & Deal Tips

1. Cross the $49 line. The free shipping threshold applies after discounts, so check your total once a code or points are applied.
2. Choose the right warehouse. Make sure your cart is for the right region. The China warehouse takes noticeably longer.
3. Use points on larger orders. Points can only be redeemed on orders over $9.99.
4. Check the sale and clearance collections first. Some listed prices are already marked down before any code.
5. Plan around the return window. Devices have a short return window and coils aren’t returnable, so confirm compatibility before buying accessories.
6. Set up PayPal early. New users must be whitelisted by support, so don’t leave it until checkout.

VOOPOO Customer Support

1. Official customer service email: service@voopoofan.com (listed on the Contact page). Policy pages also reference service@voopoo.com.
2. Live chat and email: The refund policy mentions live chat and email, with weekday hours of 9:00–18:00 (UTC+8), and says replies generally take about 24 hours on weekdays.
3. Other contacts: sales@voopoo.com (business inquiries), marketing@voopoo.com (media), hr@voopoo.com (careers).
4. Help center: The site has FAQs, order tracking, shipping, payment and warranty pages.
5. No phone number was found.
